Project Update 

Dryden Fiber is expanding on four fronts: we continue to service our existing customer base, including new home installations; we are using precision directional drilling to build underground conduit pathways to match existing neighborhood utilities; we are expanding in the air with attachments to NYSEG owned utility poles (over 4,900 poles in the project); and we are working the legal and regulatory processes to cross state highways, state lands, and points of underground construction alongside highway-by-use roads. 

This month and this summer, you will see work on the following roads (all over Dryden): Sheldon, Lower Creek, McClintock, Fall Creek, Far View, Besemer Hill, Landon, Ringwood, Freese, Barr, Abbott, Knollwood, Cardinal, Orion, Canaan, Peaceful, Hanshaw, Chaffee, Lake, and West Lake. We are working where we have access to poles and roads. The next wave of neighborhoods and roads will fill in the spots between and connect these roads and homes to our network.

Thank you and Dairy Day Parade! 

Thank you for your continued support as we continue to build service to 100% of the town of Dryden. Dryden Fiber participated in our second Dairy Day last month. Deputy Town Supervisor Dan Lamb and the Dryden Fiber parade team decorated is 1970’s Vega to have cow spots; and our partners at Clarity Connect decked out one of their installation vans to celebrate Dryden Fiber and Dryden Dairy Day.
